These terms and conditions apply to the Code Slugger app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Code Forge (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it could compromise security and functionality.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
The Service Provider may update or cease providing the application at any time. Upon termination, your rights to use the application will end, and you must delete it from your device.

애플리케이션을 다운로드하거나 사용함과 동시에 귀하는 다음 약관에 자동으로 동의하게 됩니다. 애플리케이션을 사용하기 전에 본 약관을 철저히 읽고 이해하는 것을 적극 권장합니다.
애플리케이션 또는 상표의 무단 복제, 수정은 엄격히 금지됩니다. 소스 코드 추출 시도, 타 언어로의 번역 또는 파생 버전 제작은 허용되지 않습니다.
서비스 제공자는 언제든지 어떤 이유로든 애플리케이션을 수정하거나 서비스에 대해 비용을 부과할 권리를 보유합니다. 모든 유료 서비스는 사전에 명확하게 안내됩니다.
기기의 보안을 유지하는 것은 귀하의 책임입니다. 기기의 보안 기능을 손상시킬 수 있는 탈옥(Jailbreaking) 또는 루팅(Rooting) 행위를 하지 말 것을 강력히 권고합니다.
본 앱은 Google Play, AdMob, Expo, Sentry 등 자체 약관을 가진 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다. 서비스 제공자는 필요에 따라 앱을 업데이트하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있으며, 종료 시 귀하의 사용 권한은 소멸됩니다.

Estos términos se aplican a la aplicación Code Slugger (en adelante, "Aplicación") para dispositivos móviles, creada por Code Forge (en adelante, "Proveedor de servicios") como un servicio con publicidad.
Al descargar o usar la Aplicación, usted acepta automáticamente los siguientes términos. Se recomienda encarecidamente que lea y comprenda completamente estos términos antes de usar la Aplicación.
Está estrictamente prohibida la copia no autorizada, modificación de la Aplicación, cualquier parte de la Aplicación o nuestras marcas comerciales. No se permite ningún intento de extraer el código fuente de la Aplicación, traducir la Aplicación a otros idiomas o crear versiones derivadas.
El Proveedor de servicios se reserva el derecho de modificar la Aplicación o cobrar por sus servicios en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo. Cualquier cargo se comunicará claramente.
Es su responsabilidad mantener la seguridad de su dispositivo. El Proveedor de servicios recomienda encarecidamente no hacer jailbreak ni root a su dispositivo, ya que esto podría comprometer la seguridad y la funcionalidad.
La Aplicación utiliza servicios de terceros como Google Play Services, AdMob, Expo y Sentry que tienen sus propios Términos y Condiciones. El Proveedor de servicios puede actualizar o dejar de proporcionar la aplicación en cualquier momento. Tras la terminación, sus derechos de uso de la aplicación finalizarán.
